Ordinance #01-01-08:  An Ordinance denying a request to amend the Official Zoning Map established pursuant to Zoning Ordinance #12-24-01, codified in Chapter 153 of the Newberry County Code of Ordinances, so as to rezone a tract containing approximately 20 acres, designated as TMS Parcel #284-1-27, from Rural (R-2) to General Residential (RG).  [Western side of Louis Rich Road across from the Louis Rich Plant.  Planning Commission recommends denial of the request for rezoning.]

Ordinance #01-02-08:  An Ordinance amending Chapter 152 of the Newberry County Code of Ordinances relating to flood damage prevention, so as to add certain definitions and make technical amendments to the ordinance to bring it into compliance with state and federal program requirements, and other related matters.
