Newberry County Council herewith designates the Newberry County Disabilities
and Special Needs Board as an entity in Newberry County to provide
transportation to Persons with Disabilities. |

We further
state that the applicant is one of the providers in this geographic area that
is or will be providing transportation services to particular sectors of
persons with disabilities. |
