Ordinance #01-03-08:  An Ordinance approving a request to amend the Official Zoning Map established pursuant to Zoning Ordinance #12-24-01, codified in Chapter 153 of the Newberry County Code of Ordinances, so as to rezone a tract containing approximately 30/100 of an acre, designated as TMS Parcel No. 340-1-43, from Residential (RS-3) to General Commercial (GC).  [eastern side of Wilson Road at Whitener Road.  Planning Commission recommends denial of rezoning request.]

Ordinance #02-04-08:  An Ordinance to provide for the issuance and sale of a not exceeding $1,300,000 General Obligation Bond of Newberry County, South Carolina, to provide for the issuance of General Obligation Bond Anticipation Notes in anticipation of the issuance of said Bond, to prescribe the purposes for which the proceeds of said Bond and Notes shall be expended, to provide for the payment of said Bond and Notes, and other matters relating thereto.

  1. Ordinance #03-09-08:  An Ordinance to accept Frandeena Court into the County Public Road System, to be maintained as are all other county maintained roads, and matters relating thereto.

Ordinance #03-07-08:  An Ordinance acting on a request to amend the Official Zoning Map established pursuant to Zoning Ordinance #12-24-01, codified in Chapter 153 of the Newberry County Code of Ordinances, so as to rezone two tracts containing a total of 2.5 acres designated as TMS Parcel #583-23 and #583-33, from Rural (R-2) to Light Commercial (LC).  [Macedonia Church Road, Prosperity.  Planning Commission recommends approval.]

Ordinance #03-08-08:  An Ordinance acting on a request to amend the Official Zoning Map established pursuant to Zoning Ordinance #12-24-01, codified in Chapter 153 of the Newberry County Code of Ordinances, so as to rezone two tracts containing a total of 4.05 acres designated as TMS Parcel #445-18 and #445-10, from General Residential (RS-3) to General Commercial (GC).  [generally known as a portion of Bill White’s Trailer Park.  Planning Commission recommends approval.]
