If you request an absentee ballot online through scvotes.org you MUST print and either mail/fax/email it in to receive a ballot.

Attention Voters: For the Special Election for Congressional District 5 certain precincts have been moved.  Ward 3 will be at the Hal Kohn Memorial Library on Friend St.  Ward 6 will be at the Newberry County Sheriff's Office.  Midway will be at the Oak Grove Presbyterian Church on Mt. Pilgrim Church Rd.  Mt Bethel Garmany will be at the Law Enforcement Association Building across the road from the armory.  Prosperity will be at the Train Depot on Grace St.
