Mission Statement
To
coordinate the recruitment, selection, classification, compensation
of County employees and employee relations as well as Risk Management
which includes safety, workers compensation, liability and managing
the self-insurance programs in accordance with all State and Federal laws.
RECRUITMENT
AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY
It
is the policy of the County to recruit, hire, train and promote
employees on the basis of qualifications and without discrimination
