The primary purpose of the Newberry County's Deadbeat Parents website is to identify and eventually lead to the apprehension of Deadbeat Parents who choose not to fulfill their obligation to support their families and children. Newberry County Sheriff James Lee Foster and Newberry County Clerk of Court Jackie Bowers have joined forces to provide this information as a service to those who should be receiving support payments and to the citizens of Newberry County.
