Update 10-4-22: Lynch's Woods Park is OPEN! Thanks so much to the continued work of so many volunteers and great partners. Palmetto Conservation and AmeriCorps crews have been busy repairing and clearing trails for your enjoyment! They have also started construction of a pole bridge along a section of bicycle trail with the assistance of Midlands-SORBA. THANKS TO ALL! Please enjoy the trails and the beautiful weather.

Established in 1934 by the Civilian Conservation Corps, this 276 acre park is full of large pines and old-growth hardwoods and contains miles of hiking, biking, and equestrians trails. Rocky Branch Creek flows through several sections of the park providing a tranquil experience for those who venture the trails.

7.5 miles of hiking and biking trails with twisting turns, short hills, and intricate creek crossings

6.1 miles of equestrian trails that offers a peaceful experience surrounded by nature

3 mile section of the Palmetto Trail – Lynch’s Woods Passage – “Gateway to the Upstate”

Open year round from dawn to dusk
