An Ordinance to authorize the County of Newbery of Newberry, by Newberry County Council, to sell the real estate described on Attached Exhibit A which is incorporated herein by reference known as Tax Map number 451-10-1 to Trucast LLC upon such terms and conditions described in the bill of sale in Exhibit B.
