Accommodations Tax Advisory Board

The Accommodations Tax Advisory Board is responsible for making recommendations to Council on the expenditure of revenues generated from the accommodations tax. The board consist of seven members with a majority being selected from the hospitality industry. At least two of the hospitality industry members must be from the lodging industry. One member shall represent the cultural organizations of the county receiving the revenue. The Board meets twice a year at the Courthouse Annex Conference Room. Members of the board shall serve a term of 4 years.
