An Ordinance to provide for the issuance and sale of not exceeding thirty-five million, two hundred fifty thousand ($35,250,000) general obligation bonds of Newberry County, South Carolina, the sale and issuance of general obligation bond anticipation notes in anticipation to the issuance of such bonds, and other matters relating thereto.
